王斌，博士，青年研究员/博导。2011年毕业于中国科学院成都生物研究所动物学专业，获理学博士学位。自2011年至今，在中科院成都生物研究所开展研究工作。主要从事于两栖动物系统分类及适应性演化等方面的研究工作，聚焦两栖动物多样性与保护，主持国家自然基金面上项目、青藏高原二次科考子课题等重要课题20项，在The ISME Journal，Science of the Total Environment，PeerJ，ZooKeys，Genes等重要刊物上发表学术论文80余篇。

    入选中国科学院“西部青年学者A类”（2021），中国科学院成都生物研究所“青年研究员”（2024）。兼任四川省动物学会（2020-）理事、中国动物学会两栖爬行动物学分会（2021-）理事、四川省细胞生物学会（2024-）理事；Asian Herpetological Research（2022-）、ZooKeys（2022-）、Animals（2023）等刊物编委。

（1）两栖动物系统分类学：对两栖类物种进行鉴定及分类，参与编写《中国生物多样性红色名录》、《中国生物物种名录》等著作；

（2）两栖动物多样性进化与适应机制：围绕疣螈属物种，阐明该属的物种多样性及其演化受青藏高原隆升的影响；以洞穴物种红点齿蟾为研究对象，通过多组学技术及实验，揭示该物种对洞内外环境的适应机制；

（3）两栖动物多样性保护：依托已建立的成熟的监测体系，聚焦两栖爬行动物的监测与保护工作。如评估雅下十四五重大战略工程建设对两栖爬行动物的影响，研发重点物种保护技术。
